Doesn't the Bible state that a weak person eats only vegetables, and not to pass judgement on those who eat meat?

The Bible passage in Romans 14:1-23 is regarding a dispute about whether Jews were obligated to avoid all meat purchased in Roman stores, due to a concern that the meat was made "unclean" by being in the presence of Roman idols. This passage was stating that only a person who is "weak in faith" would be afraid that the food can be spiritually contaminated by being in the presence of Roman idols, and that Jews who want to avoid food from Roman shops for this reason should not pass judgement on those Jews who do not avoid food from Roman shops. This was a major issue for Jews living in Rome at the time, because the only meat they had access to was from Roman shops, and many chose to avoid all meat altogether for this reason.
