What about the passage where God tells Peter to “Kill and eat”?

Most Christian scholars interpret the "Kill and Eat" passage in the Book of Acts as a message from God telling Peter that the message of Christ was not just for the Jews, who followed the Kosher dietary laws, but that the message of Christ was for all of humanity. That is, most Christian scholars do not interpret this phrase literally.
